About the role

Join a well-established recruitment agency as a Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice. Source candidates, manage applications, conduct screening calls, support reference checks and build strong candidate and client relationships. Gain hands-on experience, develop your recruitment skills and start building a long-term career in the industry! Duties will include finding and contacting suitable candidates, reviewing CVs, carrying out initial screening calls, building relationships, updating records, supporting checks and referencing, advertising job vacancies, booking interviews, providing updates to candidates, and learning about the recruitment process.
