About the role
ALPHA ACCOUNTANTS (LONDON) LIMITED is seeking an enthusiastic apprentice to join their team and gain qualifications as an Accountant Assistant. This role involves supporting the Accounts Assistant with various tasks, including posting sales invoices, preparing accounting entries like journals, and managing transactional duties such as employee expenses and supplier invoices. The apprentice will also deal with queries, support the month-end close process, reconcile accounts, and assist in the preparation of financial statements and management accounts. Liaising with other departments to improve cost efficiencies and business understanding is also part of the responsibilities. The firm is a vibrant practice of chartered certified accountants, registered auditors, and tax advisors based in Fulham, London, known for its excellent personal service and cost-efficient approach to small businesses.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths grade 4 and GCSE English grade 4. IT skills, Number skills, Logical thinking are desired.
