About the role

Join Rudd Group, a leading independent supplier of gaming and amusement machines, as a Customer Service Apprentice. You will be responsible for installing machines, providing on-site support, resolving customer issues, and delivering excellent service. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop both customer service and technical skills. Key duties include visiting customer sites, setting up and testing machines, providing excellent customer service, understanding customer requirements, troubleshooting machine queries, reporting issues, completing service records, supporting stock checks, and maintaining a professional company representation. You will also build positive customer relationships and learn about the company's products and services, adhering to health and safety procedures.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above, alongside administrative, communication, customer care, IT, problem-solving, and team working skills. A driving license is also required.
