About the role

This apprenticeship offers a comprehensive training program to become a BMW/MINI Motor Vehicle Technician. You will work in a busy workshop, learning to maintain and repair motor vehicles to the high standards expected of the BMW/MINI brand. The training includes off-the-job sessions at the BMW Group Academy UK in Berkshire, focusing on electronics and cutting-edge technology. Over three years, you will gain hands-on experience with cars, engines, and diagnostic equipment, progressing to full maintenance, service, and repair capabilities. A dedicated mentor will support your work-based learning, with regular visits from BMW representatives to set targets and address development needs. Upon completion, you can continue your development on the BMW Technical Programme.
