About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Recruitment Consultant. You will be responsible for interviewing and registering candidates, carrying out compliance checks, writing and publishing job adverts, and searching for suitable candidates on various platforms. You will also be involved in marketing campaigns, payroll and invoicing tasks, and managing inbound calls. The role requires excellent communication, administrative skills, attention to detail, and IT proficiency. Upon successful completion, you can progress to an independent Recruitment Consultant role with opportunities for sales development and client relationship building.
