This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in key recruitment functions including posting jobs, interviewing candidates, managing social media, and supporting sales activities. You will receive comprehensive training, making it an ideal opportunity for an organised and driven individual seeking a long-term career path. Duties include interviewing and registering candidates, ensuring Right to Work compliance, writing and publishing job adverts, uploading marketing content, searching for candidates on various platforms, communicating with candidates via phone and email, creating candidate profiles, assisting with marketing campaigns, supporting payroll and invoicing, managing inbound calls, and maintaining accurate records. The training program, Recruiter Level 3, is delivered entirely in the workplace with one-to-one tutoring to tailor the curriculum to your development needs. Upon successful completion, you can progress to an independent 360 Recruitment Consultant role, with opportunities for sales development and client relationship management.
