About the role

Terberg DTS, a subsidiary of the Royal Terberg Group, is seeking a Junior Data Analyst Apprentice. This role involves providing valuable business insights through the analysis of complex datasets and the creation and maintenance of reports. The apprentice will work closely with departments across the business to support informed decision-making and continuous business improvement. Key responsibilities include creating reporting packages and data models using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, developing dashboards, liaising with managers, and presenting findings. Critical skills required include strong mathematical and IT skills, independent workload management, excellent communication, high attention to detail, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI. A-Level Mathematics (Grade 4 or above) or equivalent, and GCSE English (Grade 4 or above) or equivalent are required. A demonstrable interest in data analysis is essential. Knowledge of Python or SQL is desirable. Working hours are 37.5.
