About the role
Embark on a rewarding career as a Motor Vehicle Technician Apprentice with Marshall Salisbury, working with one of the world's most prestigious car manufacturers, BMW/MINI. You will gain hands-on experience in a busy workshop environment, maintaining and repairing vehicles to the highest standards. The comprehensive 3-year training program includes off-the-job sessions at the BMW Group Academy UK in Berkshire, focusing on cutting-edge technology and electronics. You'll work with the latest cars, engines, and diagnostic equipment, progressing towards full qualification. A dedicated mentor and regular BMW representative visits will support your work-based learning and development. Upon successful completion, you will have the opportunity to continue your development on the BMW Technical Programme.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4-C or above. Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills are desired.
