About the role

This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in IT support while working towards a Level 3 IT Network Technician qualification. The apprentice will be responsible for supporting internal and external users, diagnosing and resolving IT issues, maintaining systems, and contributing to a secure and efficient IT environment. Entry requirements
