About the role

CSL Data Services is seeking a motivated IT Support Apprentice to join their team in Doncaster. This role offers hands-on experience while pursuing a Level 3 IT Network Technician Apprenticeship. You will be responsible for supporting internal and external users, diagnosing and resolving IT issues, maintaining systems, and contributing to a secure and efficient IT environment. Key responsibilities include providing IT support via phone, email, and remote tools, logging and managing support tickets, troubleshooting ICT problems, installing and configuring hardware and software, and adhering to security best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in IT support and networking, basic IT knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and good communication abilities. A driving licence is essential.

Entry requirements

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject, GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above). Applicants must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.
