About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Customer Service Assistant at SimplyMeds Online, a busy online pharmacy. You will join an existing team and be responsible for handling a wide range of patient queries via telephone, email, social media, and live chat. Key duties include processing queries, managing refunds and returns, and documenting customer interactions accurately. You will also play a role in escalating clinical queries to the in-house clinical team and contributing to marketing improvements by identifying trends from customer feedback. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication, IT, and customer care skills, who is also detail-oriented, organized, and a good team player. The apprenticeship is designed to build essential customer service skills and knowledge within a dynamic healthcare environment.
