About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual passionate about early years to join a friendly nursery team. The role involves supporting children aged 4 months to 4 years, acting as a key person to a small group, making learning fun, and liaising closely with parents and carers. Duties include building effective relationships with parents, advising the manager of any concerns, teaching children through stimulating play, ensuring child safety and understanding child protection procedures, and actively participating in team and training meetings. Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above are desired. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, administrative, analytical, and teamwork skills are essential.
