About the role

Voyage Care is seeking a new Support Worker Apprentice to study towards an Adult Care Worker Level 2 qualification. This role involves providing compassionate, person-centred support to adults with physical and learning disabilities. Key responsibilities include effective communication, assisting with personal care and daily living activities, participating in care plan development, maintaining hygiene standards, assisting with household tasks, accurate record-keeping, and handling finances. The apprenticeship program includes induction and ongoing training relevant to the care sector and applicable legislation. The role also requires adherence to company policies, procedures, and equal opportunities guidelines. Upon successful completion, there is a possibility of a full-time position.
