About the role

Memory Jane Healthcare is seeking an Apprentice Care Assistant (Domiciliary) to join their team in Southampton. You will be studying towards a Level 2 Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care. This role involves supporting individuals in their own homes with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and mobility. Key responsibilities include assisting with washing, dressing, feeding, and household tasks, while respecting privacy, dignity, and personal choices. You will also be responsible for following care plans, recording care provided, and adhering to infection control and safeguarding procedures.
