About the role

Voyage Care is seeking a new Support Worker Apprentice to study for an Adult Care Worker Level 2 qualification. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience supporting adults with physical and learning disabilities. Responsibilities include communicating with individuals, assisting with personal care under supervision, participating in care plan development and implementation, engaging in daily outings and activities, managing household tasks, maintaining accurate records, handling cash for daily errands, and completing the apprenticeship program within the agreed timescale. The role emphasizes person-centred support, promoting independence, and adhering to company policies and procedures. Upon successful completion, there is a possibility of a full-time role.
