About the role
Mumbles Nursery are seeking 2-3 enthusiastic Nursery Assistant Apprentices to join their team. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to study towards an Early Years Practitioner Level 2 or Level 3 Early Educator qualification, depending on your prior experience. You will assist in planning and implementing activities that support children's learning and development according to the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. Key duties include ensuring a safe and stimulating environment, supporting children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth through play and creative activities, maintaining accurate progress records, and collaborating with the team. You will also attend training sessions and work towards achieving your Level 2 qualification. Mumbles Day Nurseries has two well-regarded settings in Staffordshire, caring for children aged 0-5 years and offering extracurricular activities like Forest Schools. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a full-time role. The training provider, Paragon Education & Skills Limited, specializes in developing skilled early childhood educators.
