About the role
Agilico is seeking a Digital Installations Support Apprentice to join their growing team in Edinburgh. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop within a Circular-First Managed Print Services business. The role involves supporting the installation, configuration, and commissioning of Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs), maintaining digital records, and working collaboratively with various teams. Key responsibilities include managing installation jobs on Agilico's digital ticketing platform, visiting customer sites for installations and collections, and assisting with digital stock control. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of IT, be a driver, hands-on, a problem-solver, and possess good communication skills.
