Childcare Level 3 apprenticeship

About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic individual passionate about early years education. The role involves supporting children aged 6 months to 4 years in a friendly nursery environment. Key responsibilities include acting as a key person to a small group of children, fostering their learning through stimulating play experiences, and maintaining strong communication with parents/carers. You will also be involved in ensuring child safety, adhering to child protection procedures, and participating in team meetings and personal development training. The apprenticeship is for the Early Years Educator Level 3 standard and includes a paediatric first aid qualification. The training will be conducted at the nursery location.

Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, numerical, analytical, logical, teamwork, creative, initiative, non-judgemental, patient, and physically fit.
