About the role
Popcorn Nursery is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Apprentice Early Years Practitioner to join their team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in supporting children's learning and development while working towards a recognized childcare qualification (Level 3). The role involves providing a safe and stimulating environment, delivering an EYFS-based curriculum, assisting in meeting Ofsted requirements, and maintaining nursery policies. Key responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, tracking children's progress, managing records, and liaising with parents. The apprenticeship is offered by First Rung Limited and includes support for those who may not initially meet the desirable qualifications. Upon completion, progression opportunities include further training or employment.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above (or equivalent). Desirable: Communication skills, Organisation skills, Presentation skills, Administrative skills, Creative, Patience.
