About the role
Yarlet Academy of Little Learners is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Nursery Room Leader Apprentice. This role offers the opportunity to study towards an Early Years Lead Practitioner apprenticeship at Level 5. The apprentice will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a nursery room, supporting children's learning and development, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Key duties include planning and delivering activities, acting as a key person, observing and assessing children's progress, mentoring other practitioners, maintaining records, and ensuring safeguarding and health and safety policies are followed. The apprenticeship involves working closely with young children and requires a commitment to high standards of care and professionalism. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a full-time role.
