About the role
Mumbles Day Nursery is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join their team as a Nursery Room Leader Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity to develop advanced leadership skills within an early years setting while working towards the Early Years Lead Practitioner Level 5 qualification. The role involves leading the day-to-day operation of a nursery room, supporting children's learning and development, and maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. You will also gain valuable leadership experience, further developing your knowledge of child development, safeguarding, and high-quality early years practice.
