About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a qualified Dental Nurse. Over 12 months, you will gain a government-funded, City & Guilds Level 3 Extended Diploma. Your role will involve providing essential chair-side support to dentists, sterilising and preparing equipment, undertaking reception duties, and contributing to a positive patient experience. You'll also be involved in managing patient records, stock control, and ensuring the cleanliness of dental areas. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication, organisational, and patient care skills who are looking for a hands-on career in healthcare.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Desired skills include communication, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, administrative skills, teamwork, patience, and a non-judgemental attitude towards patient care.
