About the role
Start your career in childcare with SAY NURSERIES LTD. This Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship offers the opportunity to earn while you learn and gain a recognized qualification. You will support children aged 3 months to 5 years in their learning, play, and daily routines, contributing to a safe, caring, and stimulating nursery environment. Key duties include building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff, supporting children's development, planning and participating in learning activities, and adhering to safeguarding and health and safety procedures. No prior nursery experience is required, only a passion for childcare, a caring nature, and a willingness to learn. The apprenticeship includes training at the location and leads to a Paediatric First Aid qualification.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or above, strong communication skills, IT skills, attention to detail, organisation skills, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and a non-judgemental, patient attitude.
