About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join BRIGHT CHILD (HORNSEY) LTD as a Childcare Level 3 apprentice. You will be supporting children aged 3 months to 4 years, acting as a key person to a small group. Your responsibilities will include liaising with parents/carers, ensuring children's needs are met, and fostering a stimulating learning environment. You will also be involved in safeguarding procedures and participating in team meetings and training. The apprenticeship includes training for a Paediatric First Aid qualification and will be delivered at the nursery location.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above are desired. Strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential. Patience, initiative, and a non-judgmental attitude are also key.
