About the role
This Level 3 Childcare apprenticeship with COOPERHAY LTD offers a fantastic opportunity to become a key person for a group of children. You will build effective relationships with parents and carers, ensuring each child's individual needs are met. Responsibilities include working in partnership with families, advising the manager of any concerns regarding children's health, well-being, or safety, and teaching children through stimulating play experiences. A crucial aspect of the role is ensuring children's safety and understanding child protection procedures. The apprentice will actively participate in team meetings, supervision, and appraisals, and is expected to attend required training courses, taking responsibility for personal development. The apprenticeship includes a paid role with specific working hours and a structured training program leading to an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is a requirement for this position. The employer, Tiny Tots nurseries, is dedicated to providing a safe, secure, and loving environment for children aged 0-5.
