About the role
This apprenticeship offers a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, focusing on acting as a key person for a group of children. The role involves building strong relationships with parents/carers, ensuring each child's needs are met, and working in partnership with families. Responsibilities include advising the manager on child well-being and safety, providing stimulating play experiences, and adhering to child protection procedures. The apprentice will actively participate in team meetings, supervision, and appraisals, as well as undertaking required training and personal development. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is mandatory, and comprehensive training will be provided.
