Childcare Level 2 apprenticeship

About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a key person within LITTLE ANGE'S DAYCARE LIMITED, a nurturing nursery environment. You will be responsible for a group of children, building strong relationships with them and their parents/carers. Key duties include ensuring each child's individual needs are met through stimulating play and appropriate support, advising management on any concerns regarding child well-being or safety, and actively participating in team and professional development activities. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a patient, non-judgmental, and initiative-driven approach. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a permanent position and further career progression within the childcare sector. The training will include a paediatric first aid qualification, and the qualification achieved will be equivalent to Level 2 (GCSE).
