About the role
This Childcare Level 3 apprenticeship with STRONG TOWER EDUCATION LTD offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in early years education. The role involves acting as a key person to a group of children, building strong relationships with parents and carers, and ensuring each child's needs are met. You will work in partnership with families, advise the manager on any concerns regarding child well-being or safety, and provide stimulating play experiences. Safeguarding children and following child protection procedures are paramount. The apprenticeship includes active participation in team and supervision meetings, as well as required training and personal development. This is an ideal role for individuals with a passion for childcare, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a desire to contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment. The apprenticeship is based across two locations in London: 26 ADMIRALTY CLOSE, DEPTFORD, LONDON, SE8 4SS and 89 Spa Road, London, SE16 3SG. The training will be provided at the location, and functional skills Level 2 in maths and English may be included if applicable.
