Level 3 childcare apprenticeship

About the role

Seeking a dedicated individual for a Level 3 Childcare Apprenticeship at EARLY STEPS LTD. This role involves acting as a key person to a group of children, liaising with parents/carers, and ensuring each child's needs are met. You will work in partnership with families, advise the manager of any concerns regarding child well-being or safety, and provide stimulating play experiences. Ensuring children are kept safe and understanding child protection procedures is paramount. The role requires active participation in team meetings, training, and personal development. Previous experience in childcare is not essential, but a passion for working with children is. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and qualifications in the early years sector.
