About the role

This apprenticeship offers a Level 3 qualification in Childcare, based at Playhouse Montessori Limited in London. The role involves acting as a key person to a group of children, building strong relationships with parents and carers, and ensuring each child's needs are met. Responsibilities include working in partnership with families, advising the manager on any concerns regarding child welfare or safety, and providing stimulating play experiences. The apprentice will also learn to ensure children's safety and follow child protection procedures, participate in team meetings, and attend required training for personal development. The apprenticeship includes provided uniform and training such as First Aid and Safeguarding.
