About the role
This is a full-time Early Years Apprenticeship at Bramley Wood Day Nursery, offering hands-on experience in childcare. Apprentices will engage in a variety of activities with children, including arts and crafts, singing, and outdoor play. Bi-weekly classes will be attended at Chiltern Training in Reading. Duties include caring for children's needs, working closely with parents, supporting staff, preparing meals and snacks, assisting with daily routines, learning and developing skills, and maintaining confidentiality. Upon completion, learners can pursue various care roles, progress to advanced apprenticeships leading to team leading and management positions, or explore careers in teaching, nursing, midwifery, play work, and social work. Entry requirements
