About the role

Bowes Park Nurseries Ltd is seeking a passionate and motivated Early Years Level 3 Apprentice in Enfield, London. This role offers practical experience and professional growth in childcare. Responsibilities include assisting with child development monitoring, creating a stimulating learning environment, observing and tracking children's progress, managing behavior according to policies, and ensuring children's safety and well-being. The apprentice will also undertake specific nursery roles, participate in staff meetings and training, adhere to policies and procedures, ensure access to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through play, maintain up-to-date records, develop positive relationships with children and families, provide feedback to parents, work independently and flexibly, manage health, safety, and safeguarding, manage time effectively, and collaborate with other professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive setting.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Desired skills include attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, teamwork, and creativity.
